Signs of Cold Stress in Osage orange
Symptoms
Osage orange tolerates cold well and flourishes optimally when temperatures exceed 60℉. In winter, it needs to stay above 50℉. If temperatures drop below 20℉, while winter changes might not be obvious, branches can become brittle and dry by spring, with no new growth appearing.

In spring, remove any dead branches that haven't produced new foliage.

Symptoms
In summer, Osage orange should be maintained below 85℉. When temperatures surpass 95℉, the plant's leaves might lighten in hue, tips could dry and shrivel, and it becomes more prone to sun damage.
Solutions
