Symptoms
Ribwort plantain tolerates cold well and flourishes optimally when temperatures exceed 60℉. In winter, it needs to stay above 50℉. If the temperature drops below 32℉, while winter might show no immediate effects, spring may bring reduced or absent sprouting.
Solutions

Signs of Heat Stress in Ribwort plantain
Symptoms
In summer, Ribwort plantain should be maintained below 75℉. When temperatures surpass 85℉, the plant's leaves might lighten, curl easily, suffer sunburn, and in extreme cases, the whole plant could wilt and dry out.
Solutions
Remove any parts that are sunburned and desiccated. Relocate the plant to a spot offering protection from the midday and afternoon sun, or use a shade cloth for cover. Water the plant in the morning and evening to maintain soil moisture.
