Symptoms
Autumn sage tolerates cool temperatures moderately well and flourishes optimally when temperatures exceed 60℉. In winter, it needs to be maintained above 40℉. If the temperature drops below 30℉, its foliage might begin to sag. Minor cases allow for recovery, but severe instances lead to wilting and eventual leaf drop.
Solutions
Remove any parts damaged by frost. Before subsequent cold exposure, cover the plant with materials like non-woven fabric or burlap, and build a windbreak to shield it from harsh winds.

Symptoms
In summer, Autumn sage should be kept below 75℉. When temperatures surpass 90℉, the leaves' hue lightens, tips may dry and shrivel, leaves might curl, and the plant becomes more prone to sun damage.
Solutions
Cut off any sun-scorched and desiccated sections. Relocate the plant to a spot offering protection from the midday and afternoon sun, or use a shade net to provide cover. Water the plant in the morning and evening to maintain soil moisture.
